European Central Bank leaves rates unchanged
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — The European Central Bank on Thursday left its key lending rate unchanged at 0.25%. It made no changes to other official rates, which left the deposit rate at 0% and the marginal lending facility rate at 0.75%. ECB President Mario Draghi’s monthly news conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. The euro spiked to an intraday high of $1.3762 in the wake of the decision.
